 Introduction

Full Circle Enterprises Ltd is committed to the principals of Modern Slavery Act 2015 and the elimination of modern slavery and human trafficking.  It can take any form, such as slavery, servitude, forced and compulsory labour and human trafficking, all of which are abuses of a person’s freedoms and rights. We have a zero-tolerance approach to modern slavery, and we are committed to acting ethically and with integrity in all our business dealings and relationships and to implement and enforce effective systems and controls to ensure modern slavery is not taking place anywhere in our own business or supply chain.

As an equal opportunity’s employer, we are committed to creating and ensuring a non-discriminatory and respectful working environment for our staff. We want our staff to feel reassured and supported that they can expose wrongdoing without any risks to themselves. Our recruitment procedures are designed to ensure all prospective employees are legally entitled to work in the UK checks are completed on identification such as UK Driving Licences, Passport and National Insurance Number.  Ensuring we safeguard all employees from any abuse or coercion this includes all management and directors of the company.

Full Circle Enterprises Ltd is a standalone, small commercial vehicle repair business in the United Kingdom, employing under 30 members of total staff. There is no statutory requirement for smaller businesses to have a modern slavery statement or prepare a slavery and human trafficking statement for each financial year. However, we feel it necessary for our Business to have a policy in place to show our commitment and procedures we have in place to our zero-tolerance approach to modern slavery.

The Management of this Policy is carried out internally by Full Circle Enterprises Ltd, no third parties are in involved.

Our Supply chain

Our supply chain is limited we do not sell a product, we repair vehicles for individuals. We procure parts from manufacturers and independent suppliers based in the UK. Most of these businesses are on the small/medium size and are not legally required to have a Modern Slavery policy.

The Subcontractors and Recruitment Agencies, we source are independently owned. We therefore assess ourselves to have a low risk of modern slavery in our business and supply chains. We always request a copy of their Modern Slavery Act Policy where it is possible, assessing if it adheres to our standards and requirements. We will search the Modern Slavery Register with a new supplier’s name, but as mentioned none of the companies we currently use are registered on this as they are independent companies and are not required to be. We assess our supplier and subcontractors on an individual basis and monitor them under our critical suppliers within our Business Continuity Management System (ISO 22301). We do not carry out a specific audit on our Modern Slavery Policy.
